Return Policy


General customers may return any part over $25 in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days of shipping. The $25 minimum does not apply to commercial customers.  It is our policy to refund the original shipping cost only if the part shipped was not the correct part per your order. Customers who purchase a not needed or incorrect part will be responsible for the original shipping and cost as well as the return shipping cost.  All returns are inspected by our technicians for any damage that may have occurred if the product was attempted to be installed.  All products are digitally captured and inspected prior to shipping and will be compared to digital records upon return. 

All orders from general customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee (maximum $25). Orders from commercial customers are not subject to a restocking fee.  TV stands are sold as is and are not eligible for return. 

If your part arrives damaged, you must contact PartServ within 7 days of receiving the damaged part. If PartServ is not contacted within 7 days of receipt of the damaged goods you will be ineligible for any refund.

All parts (with the exception of tv stands) are used, tested and carry a 180-day warranty. 

All returns must have authorization, which can be obtained by contacting customer support via phone, email or Facebook messenger on our website in the bottom left corner of every page.  Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for the return. Please put "return" and your order number in the subject line of the email. When returning your order, please make certain your return authorization number is clearly indicated on the outside of your package.

If for some reason our automated refund system has not processed your refund, please contact us by phone, email or Facebook messenger and we will process the refund manually.



Orders placed via Fedex by 3:00 PM CDT (excluding weekends and holidays) ship the same day.  We cannot guarantee same day shipping for orders placed via USPS due to the irregularity of pickup times.  If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us 855-846-8727 immediately, so that your order can be cancelled before it ships. Once your parts have been shipped, you must wait for them to arrive in order to return them for a refund less original shipping costs. Orders cancelled before any items have shipped will have all shipping costs refunded. Packages refused at buyer's address will be charged twice for shipping costs.

Your confirmation email may not arrive until after your purchase has already shipped, so please contact PartServ immediately if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order.



All parts carry a 180-day warranty.   Please contact customer service if you experience any issues with your part.
