Hassle Free Return Policy

    • *PartServ will accept returns on items ordered incorrectly in their original condition within 30 days of the order date. 
    • All returns must have authorization with an assigned RMA number.  Returns received without an RMA number are not eligible for a refund.
    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
    • Some Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (max fee $25).
       

      Defective/Warranty Claims

        General Customers:

        All warranty claims require a picture of the part in question (front and back), and a description of the TV symptoms before and after installing the ordered part.

        Refund will be provided in the form of another replacement part (when available) or store credit *Shipping fee unable to qualify for return total.

         

           

            Refunds

            Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  All items are digitally captured and inspected prior to shipping and compared to digital records upon return.  We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

            If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 11 business days. *Refunds are processed in the order received*

              DO NOT Return fragile items like circuit boards in a padded envelope, you are welcome to re-use the original boxes and anti-static bubble wrap we shipped it to you in.  Please take the same care with returns that we take shipping them to you to begin with.  We are unable to accept returns improperly packaged and will not refund any item returned in damaged condition.
